Shipping & returns

We ship Mango worldwide. Here is what to expect, how long it takes, and how returns work.

Pre-order timeline

Mango is currently available for pre-order. Estimated delivery for the first production run is summer 2026. Pre-order customers are charged at the time of order and shipped in the sequence orders were placed.

Delivery times

• United Kingdom: 2 to 4 business days once shipping begins.
• European Union: 3 to 7 business days.
• United States & Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
• Rest of world: 7 to 16 business days, depending on customs.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on all orders within the UK and EU.
• Flat-rate international shipping calculated at checkout.
• Duties and import taxes outside the UK and EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with a tracking link once it ships. You can reply to either email to reach our support team directly.

Returns & refunds

If Mango is not for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product should be in its original condition with all packaging. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
