Payment
When you place your pre-order, we save your payment method with our payment provider, [Payment provider]. Nothing is charged that day.
We charge the full amount on the day your order leaves our warehouse, and not before. You get an email at that moment, with your tracking link.

Ship window
The first batch ships in November 2026.
About 4 weeks before your order ships, once its production slot is confirmed, we email you the planned ship date. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 business days in the EU, and 3 to 7 business days to the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Shipping details.
Cancel or change
Until your order ships, it is still yours to shape:
- Cancel for free, at any time, from Order status or by email. Nothing has been charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- Change colour from Order status. Same price, no fee.
- Change your address by writing to support with your order number.
Once it has shipped, you still have 30 days after delivery to return it, for any reason, with a free return label.
If we run late
A pre-order is a promise about a date. If we cannot keep it, you should hear it from us, not by waiting.
Our 4-week rule
If shipping slips more than 4 weeks past the window we announced, we email you to say so, with the new date. You can then cancel without any fee. You can cancel anyway at any time before it ships: the rule is there so that you never find out by waiting.

Why is nothing charged when I order?
Because you should not pay for something that has not left the warehouse yet. Your payment method is saved when you order, and charged only when your Mango ships.
Is the 129 € price guaranteed?
Yes. The price on your order is the price you pay, VAT and shipping included, even if the launch price ends before your order ships.
Can I order more than one, or mix colours?
Yes. Add up to 9 of each colour to the same order. Two Mango pair as a stereo set, left and right.
Where do you ship?
To the 27 countries of the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Tracked shipping is free everywhere, and for the United Kingdom and Switzerland duties and taxes are included.
How do I know where my order is?
Every step comes by email, and Order status shows where your order is at any time, with your order number and email.
Same warranty and returns as a regular order?
Yes: free shipping, 30 days to return after delivery, and a 2-year warranty on top of your legal rights. See Warranty and Shipping and returns.
