Every Mango comes with a 2-year Mango warranty, from the day it is delivered. It adds to the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity that applies in the EU, it does not replace it.
Wherever you live, your statutory rights always apply. If something goes wrong, you deal with us directly: one form, a diagnosis, a free label, and your Mango back repaired or replaced.
The fine print, in large
Covered, not covered
Mango is made to be used outdoors and around water. What wears it out, and what breaks it, are two different things.
Covered
- Manufacturing defectsA fault in materials or assembly that shows up in normal use.
- A tired batteryIf it drops below 80 % of its original capacity within 2 years.
- Water getting in, within IP67Rain, splashes, a dip in the pool, and immersion down to 1 m for up to 30 minutes.
- Controls, halo, pairingTouch zones, the light and Bluetooth that stop working as they should.
Not covered
- Accidental damageDrops, crushing, cuts, a dog that took it for a ball.
- Hot water and steamHot baths, hot tubs and jacuzzis above 40 °C, saunas and steam rooms.
- PressurePressure washers and strong water jets, diving deeper than 1 m or staying under longer than 30 minutes.
- Normal wearThe fabric and finish ageing with use and sun.
- ModificationsA Mango that has been opened, modified or repaired outside our service.
IP67
Water, precisely
Mango is rated IP67: dust tight, and protected against immersion in fresh water down to 1 m for 30 minutes. It floats, about a quarter above the waterline. That is what the warranty covers.
What IP67 does not cover is heat and pressure. Hot water above 40 °C, steam and water jets push past the seals in a way that a swim never does, which is why they sit on the other side of the list.

Dry before you charge
Water and a live cable do not mix. After a swim, let the USB-C port dry completely before you plug it in.

Diagnosis
We reply within 1 business day. Sometimes the problem can be settled from a distance, and you keep your Mango.
Free return label
If it needs a closer look, we email you a prepaid label to send it to us.
Repaired or replaced
Within 10 business days of receiving it, we repair it or send you a new one, free of charge.
Three habits
Taking care of it
A few seconds after the beach or the pool keep the fabric and the seals as good as new.

Rinse after salt or chlorine
After the sea or the pool, rinse it under fresh, cool tap water. Salt and chlorine left to dry wear the fabric and the seals.

Let it dry
Shake off the water and leave it to air dry, out of direct heat. Never on a radiator, never with a hair dryer.

Charge it dry, charge it often
Only plug in once the port is dry. If you put it away for the winter, top it up now and then rather than storing it empty.
