Every Mango is covered by a 2-year limited warranty. If something goes wrong that is our fault, we will make it right.
What is covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 24 months from the date of delivery. This includes the drivers, battery, internal electronics, charging port, control membrane, and the structural integrity of the enclosure.
- Battery capacity falling below 70% of the original rating within the warranty period
- Failure of the Bluetooth module, buttons, or LED system under normal use
- Seam separation or fabric defects not caused by misuse
- Loss of the stated IP67 sealing where the unit has not been opened or damaged
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, drops, crushing, or cosmetic wear from normal use
- Damage from exposure beyond the IP67 rating (for example, prolonged submersion past 30 minutes or depths over 1 meter, exposure to salt water without rinsing, or high-pressure jets)
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair, disassembly, or modification
- Loss or theft, and consumable wear such as scratches
- Batteries degraded through documented misuse, such as charging with non-compliant adapters
Saltwater tip. Mango is built for the coast, but salt is hard on any electronics. Always rinse your speaker with fresh water and dry it after a day at the sea. This keeps both the fabric and the seals in top shape.
How to make a claim
- Email support@mango-audio.com with your order number and a short description of the issue.
- Our team will reply within 2 business days, usually with a few quick troubleshooting steps.
- If the unit needs servicing, we will arrange a prepaid return label and either repair or replace it.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary depending on your country or region, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
