The day your order ships, we email you the tracking link. You can also follow every step on Order status with your order number and email. The carrier may call or text the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery.
Need to change your delivery address? You can, until your order ships: write to us with your order number.
You have 30 days from delivery to return your Mango, for any reason. The return label is on us.
Write to hello@mangosound.com or use the contact form, with your order number. Say whether you want a refund or another colour.
We email you a prepaid return label, within 1 business day.
Pack your Mango complete, ideally in its original box, stick the label on and drop it off with DHL.
Once we receive it, we refund you within 14 days, or ship your new colour.
Not the colour you expected? Within the same 30 days you can swap it for another one, at no cost. Follow the steps above and ask for an exchange. Before your order ships, it is even simpler: change the colour on Order status.
In the EU, the law gives you 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a purchase made online. Mango extends this to 30 days. Both apply: our 30-day returns never reduce your legal rights.
