Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT where required. We may correct obvious pricing errors, and we will always contact you before charging if a correction affects your order. Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we confirm shipment.
Pre-orders
Pre-order items are charged at the time of order to reserve your unit in the production run. Estimated delivery dates are our best projection and may shift. If a significant delay occurs, we will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund at any time before shipment.
Returns
Our return policy is described in full on the Shipping & Returns page and forms part of these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
