Before your order ships
Mango is sold on pre-order and nothing is charged until your order leaves the warehouse. Until then, you do not need the right of withdrawal: you can cancel at any time, for free, from the Order status page or by email. See the terms of sale.
The 14 day period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you have named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period runs from the day you receive the last one.
You meet the deadline as long as you send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over.
How to withdraw
Tell us of your decision with a clear statement. You can:
- use the online form below,
- email us at hello@mangosound.com,
- or send the model withdrawal form, or any letter saying you withdraw, to [Company legal name], [Registered office address].
Using the model form is not mandatory. When you withdraw online or by email, we send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without delay.
Sending Mango back
Send the speaker back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after telling us that you withdraw. We email you a prepaid return label, so we bear the cost of returning the goods.
Please return Mango with everything that came in the box: the USB-C cable, the quick start card and the safety and warranty leaflet. The original box is welcome but not required; any packaging that protects the speaker will do.
Your refund
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (delivery is free, so there are none), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision.
We refund you using the same means of payment you used for the order, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You are not charged any fee for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier. The tracking of the prepaid label counts as proof of sending.
Condition of the product
You can handle and try Mango as you would in a shop, to check what it is, what it does and how it works. By law, you are only liable for any loss in value that results from handling it beyond that.
Under the Mango 30 day returns, we go further: the speaker may have been used, as long as it is complete and undamaged.
How the 14 days and the 30 days fit together
The 30 day returns are a commitment from Mango, in addition to your legal right. They do not replace or reduce it.
- Days 1 to 14 after delivery: you can use the legal right of withdrawal or the 30 day returns. Use whichever suits you; in practice the process is the same, and we treat your return in the way that is more favourable to you.
- Days 15 to 30 after delivery: the legal period is over, and the 30 day returns apply. We remind you by email on day 25 that the window is about to close.
- After 30 days: a problem with the product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the Mango warranty.
Withdrawing does not affect your legal guarantee rights if the product turns out to be faulty.
United Kingdom and Switzerland
In the United Kingdom, the same 14 day right of cancellation applies under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and works as described on this page.
Swiss law does not give a general right of withdrawal for online purchases. Mango grants customers in Switzerland the same 14 day right described here, and the 30 day returns.
